My husband lost his first ring from 10 years ago. The original was great quality and he loved it! He was so sad when he lost it and we couldn't get the same type, but similar. Ring size was too small. They offered a trade-in for the cost of materials and shipping and comped the shipping when we had trouble using the online form. Highly recommend!
