Hawaiian Koa Wood Thin Titanium Ring

I found these rings being sold at the Trees of Mystery in Klamath, California. I bought a slim version as an engagement ring, and am now buying another for my fiancé. Its a well made and durable ring, I have no problems wearing it throughout the day. What really amazed me was the customer service. I had a specific question about the availability of redwood variant rings and sent a message to the company. I was promptly emailed back by a representative who helped me through the process of buying a new redwood ring. Little did I know that the representative was actually the CEO of the company! What company do you know of has their own CEO directly handling customer service? Just incredible if you ask me.

I got the thin inlay for myself, and the woman's thin inlay with diamond for my girlfriend.

Purchased a ring a number of years ago whilst in Hawaii. Unfortunately fingers were swollen in the heat & once home was too big & could never wear it. Contacted Woodsman, not really thinking anything could be done, but was pleasantly surprised they were happy to change it for a smaller size. Very friendly & efficient service & replacement was in the mail system the next day. Very grateful & happy customer.

We bought a pair of the kauri rings and they are fabulous, even better than the pictures. Customer service is fantastic, although the rings are sized in US and UK letters/numbers I would recommend sizing in mm as we did have to get one resized. The customer service was great and very simple. We even got it engraved , very happy with the results. Thanks

I brought the ancient Kauri yellow gold thin tungsten ring for my wife for our 5 year anniversary. It was easy to order and arrived in quick time. It was nicely packaged and presented and looks fantastic. Unfortunately for me I didn't get the ring size quite right however they have , for a small fee, agreed to get the right size for me. In hindsight I should have taken one of her rings into a jeweler first to make sure I did get the right fit. The ring is just perfect for a 5 yr anniversary present - we are just thrilled with it. I am not someone who generally purchases anything from overseas due to risk - however I'm so pleased I took the chance and made this purchase.
