Finding the right ring for my husband became an adventure of joy, blessings, and so much appreciation that didn’t just end at the purchase. When you buy from Komo Koa, you feel part of something bigger than just a client purchasing jewelry. You’re investing in an artist that cares about where his pieces go and who they belong to. My husband who works with tools, and big machinery, could have crushed his finger, but the titanium ring with koa inlet literally saved his finger. Crushed and completely disfigured, the ring itself took most of the blow and was no longer the original ring we had purchased. But Mr. Che (thé designer and artist) allowed us to ship it back and plea our case in perhaps seeing if it was fixable, replaceable, or in need of just purchasing a new one. The contact and communication was clear, more than fair, and in the end was replaced with grace and mercy. The Kia ring for m’y husband and I, is more than just a ring, koa Wood can only be found in certain parts in Hawaii, and it has truly become a symbol of how and where we’ve met. Each ring is unique, simple yet elegant, and when my Husband was able to get his new one, he finally felt «whole » again.

My fiance and I get married in a week, and he LOVES his ring. I got a little phrase that's part of my vows to him engraved in, and he adores it. He's from California, and I always call him my Redwood tree for a lot of sappy reasons - and this ring was perfectly sentimental for this. So thank you! It's beautiful and he's really happy with it. I was worried that it would be too thick of a band, but it was perfect.

I have been married for 20yrs and my gold ring had been getting tighter. I have been looking at different options and when we were at the Volcano Park on the big island I really liked the Kowa rings. They didn't have my size so when I got back to Atlanta I ordered one. Was so excited to get it and shipping was much faster than expected, but when my ring arrived it had horizontal grain. Every one at the park and every one online had the more distinguished dark vertical grain. I know from my years working in an art studio that the horizontal would last longer than the vertical due to the grain expansion and acrylic.
Great product and I may would get another in the vertical grain if something happens to this one.
Happy with what I have just not what I thought it was going to look like.

First of all, the ring is absolutely beautiful. Extremely well made, no defects that I could see. Absolutely happy with the ring.
Second, and more importantly, is the customer service. I was a week and a half out from my wedding and realized I wasn't happy with the ring size. I sent it back and reached out to Woodsman, and immediately got a reply. With no questions asked and no additional charge (even after I had offered for expedited shipping), they got the new ring to me in record time. I must say that I live a state over from their hub, but still, this company rocks not only for their products, but also their service. Thank you!

I have had my wood wedding ring from this company since 2012. In that time they have been amazing to deal with. I've had to get another size, have a refurbishment since I'm not very careful with my jewellery, and get a replacement since I smashed my hand with a hammer. Exactly what I hoped for

I like the product. I was accustomed to the wood being positioned with the grains going vertical and this one for the re-size has them going horizontal. but thats okay this one is cool too. thank you
