Whether you're an avid surfer, professional rock climber, wash dishes for a living or simply drop it down the garbage disposal (this has happened, size matters!), we will repair or replace your item at no charge.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. So try it on, wear it for a few days, get comfortable with it. If it's not the right fit, simply return the item along with our return form and we'll swap it out for another size. Items returned for exchange after 30 days will be credited 90% of the price paid for the item. Return shipping fees apply.

Years ago I bought the bracelet and earrings of Redwood. And it still looks like new. Now I bought the necklace too. I’m getting a lot of compliments for the very special and luxuary look of it.
